Guys, I was on my email when a popup for porn came up. Annoyed, I closed it out. suddenly it installed 2 icons on my computer one is:Sucurity Troubleshooter and the other one is: Online Security Guide. I paniced but got the Blue screen of death…..only it was a`STOP error. Here I now sit, peeing my pants running my comp in safe mode. Any Help?????????

i have a problem like this on the computer im typing on right now. like it is trojan vundo and something else norton finds it deletes it and then i restart and i still have it pop ups come to mozilla and im not even on the internet some one please help.

Sometimes clicking no also launches the installer. The best thing to do is press ALT and F4 at the same time to close the current window. Also, you can use Task Manager to kill the browser process to exit. These are nasty though.

Unfortanutley I was victim to onof these scams, the one i got was called WinAntiVirusPro, first it showed a pop up window asking if i wanted to install this program, i clicked no, and it installed it anyways! Soon enough i had pop ups when I wasn’t even on the internet!
